One band member will join the UTSA Spirit of San Antonio Marching Band for an unforgettable day while 4 family members or friends will enjoy suite level tickets including 1 free parking pass, food and drinks. Includes UTSA swag and apparel. For the STUDENT: Morning rehearsal at the Alamodome, backstage access, all meals, Pre-Game festivities, VIP halftime treatment, and the thrill of UTSA football in the comforts of the Alamodome! The student will also get to meet and work with current SOSA Student Staff and Professional Staff, as well as receive a SOSA Crew T-Shirt to commemorate the day. The student will receive a t-shirt upon check-in. They will need to wear this shirt for the day in order to receive access to the Alamodome. Students are invited to bring their instruments if they wish to play with their respective sections in the stands during the game. Your assigned SOSA section leaders will provide you with music during the game. *SOSA experience is for students enrolled in high-school band program in Fall 2024.*
A note from Boerne High School Band Boosters: We provide financial support to supplement and complement the musical education and supplies that Boerne ISD provides. This includes music, drill choreography, clinicians, transportation assistance, equipment, and instruments. We need you to make Bids for the Band our most successful auction to date. Please share the auction link with your family, friends, and on your social media platforms. Or make a donation if bidding is not for you.
Item delivery: Winners have 48 hours to pay for their items. Pick-up will be in the parking lot of the YMCA, at the corner of Plant and Adler at the following dates and times: 11/19 5-6 PM, 11/20 6-7 PM. Winner must let auction organizer know in advance which pick-up time is preferred. The only payment accepted at pick-up will be cash in the exact amount. Unless otherwise stated, items must be picked up in-person after the auction ends; there will be no shipping of items.
